Product Description

introduction:
One-component polyurethane foam is especially used for installlation and in the building materials, with the function of adhesive,fix up,thermal insulation, sealing,waterproof,moisture-proof,gas isolating,shockproof,insulation. It is widely used in aluminum, doors &windows,wooden floor,switch socket,hole filling and so on.
features:
Self-expandable,moisture-solidified, the foam is elastic, high viscid and closed-cell structure. General using temperature between +5ºC and 35ºC. Optimum temperature between +18ºC and 25ºC. temperature rang after solid from -30ºC to +80ºC. The foam will adhere to material such as concrete,masonry,metal,wood and plastic except teflon and silicone, It is non-toxic after solid.
Application Instruction:
Clean up the dirt, oil, if the humidity down 50 percent,spurt a little water on the surface, or there will be burning or big hole. The foam speed can be controlled with the trigger. Shake can evenly about 1 minutes,screw it to gun or spray pipe, fill ca.70% of the gap.To direct gap, apply from bottom to top.to top gap,it should be supported until solid to avoid drooping.Tack free time is about 5 minutes and can be cut after 1 hour, it will be solid after 3.
5 hours.It can not resist UV rays, so paiting or coating is recommended.
caution:
Avoid direct sunshine, store in the shade under 50ºC.Faraway from fire, spay at good place with good ventilation. Foam has high viscosity before it solids.wear protective mask. It can be washed up wwith polyurethane foam cleaner, thinner, acctone, if it solids, it only can be took off with hand. if It drips into eyes or onto skin wash up with much waters. If someone swallows it, vomit immediately, and see the doctor. Keep out of children,
